As a commercial manager you will execute company’s short and mid-term organizational strategic goals, build key stakeholder relationships and develop wind farm prospects into commercial business opportunities.

Your main responsibilities will include- expand Services Business portfolio / TCMA (Technical Commercial Management Agreement)
- screening new project opportunities
- contact, negotiate and close business-related agreements
- ensure compliance to all internal and external records management and documentation requirements
- participation in maintaining and improving HSSE practices and culture
Detailed role will be described and discussed further when an appropriate candidate has been found.
Commercial Manager, we are looking for
- previous sales experience is required
- work experience in project development and operations of wind parks is highly appreciated
- self-driven, proactive, and creative business mindset
- networking, persuasion, writing and closing skills as well as motivation for idea selling / pitching
- a suitable education degree in business or engineering
- willingness to travel in Finland (driving license is needed)
- fluent Finnish and English; Swedish is a benefit
Other suitable working experience in project management, wind industry, any sales activities are considered as a benefit
