DataBase Developer (PostgreSQL, Django, Kubernetes)
Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Database developer to optimize our global clients product to the next level.
Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with our clients' development teams to analyze, identify, and address performance bottlenecks in their micro service-based web application.
- Provide hands-on training to our client's development teams on best practices for improving web application performance.
- Provide prioritized recommendations for improving application performance based on the current situation and future product needs.
- Suggest performance testing and monitoring strategies to ensure optimal application performance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a lead/senior consultant specializing in performance optimization, or similar role.
- Strong expertise in optimizing the performance of PostgreSQL databases.
- In-depth knowledge of Django framework and experience in optimizing Django applications.
- Proven track record designing and implementing web-optimization strategies such as caching.
- Extensive hands-on experience with scaling web applications deployed on on-premises Kubernetes and running on containers.
- Familiarity with modern performance testing and monitoring tools and methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to communicate complicated matters in structured, clear way.
- Experience in giving instructor-led training of relevant topics.
Onsite presence for 50 % of working time in Kirkkonummi Finland required
