As the Field Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, fostering customer relationships, and leading a high-performing sales team.

How you will contribute

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Lead and motivate a team of field sales representatives, providing coaching, training, and guidance to maximize their performance.
  • Build strong relationships with key customers, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and sales development
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify business opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, category planning and finance, to ensure seamless execution of sales plans.
  • Analyze sales data and generate reports to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and present findings to peers and management.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions to foster a culture of continuous improvement and skill development.

What you will bring

A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in field sales management within the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and insights to drive informed business decisions.
  • Result-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Fluent in both Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Finland
