Tuotantoinsinöörinä vastaat tuotantoprosessien suunnittelusta, kehittämisestä ja optimoinnista sekä tuotannon laadun ja tehokkuuden varmistamisesta. Voit olla vasta urasi alkutaipaleella tai jo kokeneempi konkari. Tärkeintä on, että olet innostunut ja oppimishaluinen tuotantotekniikan ammattilainen.

Job Responsibilities
Tuotantoinsinöörin tehtäviin kuulu mm.:
- Kehittää prosesseja, työkaluja ja menetelmiä
- Luoda ja ylläpitää työohjeita tuotannossa.
- Tuoda uusia tuotteita tuotantoon yhteistyössä tuotekehityksen kanssa.
- Diagnosoida ongelmia tuotantolinjoilla.
- Ratkaista ongelmia yhteistyössä laatutiimin kanssa.
Background & Skills
Tehtävän edellytykset:
- Soveltuva insinööritutkinto
- Jonkin verran aiempaa työkokemusta
- Sujuva suullinen ja kirjallinen suomen ja englannin kielen taito
- Oma-aloitteinen, luova ja analyyttinen työote
- Hyvät yhteistyö- ja ongelmanratkaisutaidot
