Amazon Ring is seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) with a strong delivery record and proven program management experience to join our innovative, high energy Imaging Team.

This role is cross-functional and requires a strong ability to influence and earn the trust of engineers, technical leads, and business leadership. You will work directly with imaging and software engineers to design, plan, and deliver the best possible image quality into Ring security camera products.
Key job responsibilities
Develop team competence and capabilities to ensure better customer experience.
Image quality team and third party management in day to day business.
Ensure image quality expectations and product time to market targets are met.
Project reporting and image quality planning in project schedule.
Drive imaging quality improvements as part of global Ring imaging team.

Tampere, FIN
3+ years of planning, designing, developing and delivering consumer products
2+ years of engineering team management experience
Experience partnering with product or program management teams
Experience managing multiple concurrent projects
