Would you be excited to help Novo Nordisk Finland to develop and progress with our digitalisation journey? As a Customer Excellence coordinator in Finland, you would join a highly dynamic Customer Excellence team responsible of driving the innovation, development and implementation of our digital marketing and Multichannel Customer Engagement roadmap.

About the affiliate
Novo Nordisk Finnish affiliate is a professional, +70 people organization, of which roughly half of the employees are field based. The office is located in Leppävaara, Espoo. Our work is about setting the pace for better patient outcomes in Diabetes, Obesity and other chronic illnesses.

The Position
As a Commercial Excellence Coordinator your main focus will be to manage and support the Customer Excellence team and stakeholders to run superior educational events, webinars and on-demand content. In addition, you will have a chance to participate on various projects to advance our digital customer engagement.
Your support will be crucial in activities like:
  • Planning and coordinating of medical fairs & exhibitions.
  • Develop and support execution of high-quality webinars and video content (including e.g. studio management, light video editing);
  • MCE development projects; for 2024 testing and implementation, roll-out of ON24 webinar tool. Specified sourcing projects.
  • Handling of local marketing materials as required.
  • Other supporting tasks for customer excellence team to achieve the set business targets.

Qualifications
You are expected to be genuinely service-oriented, highly ethical and a team player, with excellent coordination and planning skills, but also sourcing and IT skills (e.g. Office and Adobe). Your communication and interacting skills are strong and you collaborate with both external and internal stakeholders with an ease. You want to give your best input to provide an excellent transition journey into digitalization and automatization of many processes around event management.
You also have:
  • Master’s or bachelor’s degree from business, marketing, or other relevant field.
  • Experience from the Pharmaceutical industry will be an advantage.
  • Good planning and organization skills, sourcing abilities will be beneficial.
  • Innovative mindset towards digitalization & development. Good level of IT/software skills (we use tools such as Eventilla, Adobe Premiere Pro, Salesforce, Coupa Contract Management).
  • Finnish and English skills both on a secure business level.

About the Department
You will join a highly professional team of 7 people in the Customer Excellence area, working in close collaboration with all of them, and reporting directly to its Director in the Finnish affiliate.
