About the opportunity
We are seeking experienced Parts Interpreters who are dedicated, enthusiastic, and looking for a new challenge in the commercial vehicle parts industry. These positions involve interpreting van, heavy vehicle and light truck parts whilst delivering an exceptional level of customer service remotely via call centre.
To ensure success you will need the following experience and attributes:
- Experience in interpreting spare parts
- Previous experience as a parts interpreter or similar role in a fast-paced retail parts operation
- Good work ethic
- Strong customer service focus
- Sound time management skills
- Proactive, self-motivated and team orientated
- Good mechanical aptitude
- Respond efficiently and effectively to all customer enquiries
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Experience in working in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail with good written and verbal skills
- Reliable and punctual person with a “Can Do Approach”
