Little Caesar's Okotoks is currently seeking a Supervisor to join our team. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive excellent service, and that our team members are motivated, trained, and supported in their roles.
The ideal candidate should have:
A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle customer complaints and concerns
Good communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and motivate team members to provide excellent customer service
Ensure that all products are made according to Little Caesar's standards
Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Manage inventory and ordering of supplies
Ensure compliance with Little Caesar's policies and procedures
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: From $18.00 per hour
