About the role
In the Care consulting we provide various services to the Health and Care sector from strategic advisory to agile software development. Our team consists of professionals in various competence areas, and we appreciate indulgence and willingness to learn in our daily work. We are now looking for Consultancy Delivery Lead to strengthen our customer delivery and to harmonize and develop our delivery capabilities further. At the beginning, your daily work consists of service management, client relationship management, and business development support, and as we have ambitious growth targets, this is a position where you can grow professionally and personally towards wider responsibilities.
In this role you will

Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Run project management tasks for consultancy assignments

Optimize resource allocation and utilization together with people managers

Collaborate with business development in identifying new opportunities

We are looking for someone with
-
Background working in Health and Care sector either from clinical work or from IT
-
Proactive attitude
-
+3 years of experience delivering IT service or project management services to clients
-
Analytical mindset and focus on details
-
Good problem-solving and communication skills
-
Excellent Finnish skills
It would be great if you also
-
Have experience working with MS products
-
Can identify areas for enhancement and develop strategies to improve service delivery

Have interest in expanding consultancy business
